Juicy Couture Fall Winter 2012

Photobucket

Hey all! I'm sorry for the lack of full posts lately. My uncle passed away recently so the whole family was really busy with funeral.

Anyway, last week I attended the Juicy Couture Fall Winter 2012 presentation. I have grown to like Juicy more and more with each season but my wallet thinks otherwise!

For this fall, Juicy Couture is back with more glamourous clothes for the cold. Having shuttled a lot between L.A and London, Chief Creative Officer LeAnn Nealz decided to combine the sunny Los Angeles energy with the London punk spirit in a collection called L.A. loves London.

What I love about Juicy Couture is the glamorous and yet wearable collections they provide. People often think of the cold seasons as the times you look frumpy but Juicy has done the opposite with animal prints on cashmere, thick coats turned into capes and colourful knit pieces. I even spotted a "paddington bear" inspired winter jacket!

Keeping the print trend going, this collection features the houndstooth, paisley, vibrant florals and plaid prints in deep red, blue and toffee.

And for the dreary season, they have added a little fur, a little shine to the collection. One highlight would be the glammed up skinny jeans dotted with gems.

For bags, they now have them in animal prints. My favourite was the studded shoulder bag turned into bucket bag!

A Juicy Couture welcome!

By the way, my favourite supermodel Karlie Kloss heads their fall campaign. Check out the kick-ass video here!
