I spent yesterday evening with a bunch of friends at Lomography Singapore shooting people with a La Sardina! You may think that those plastic cameras can be rather flimsy but nahh, it's actually quite sturdy! I was pretty psyched for the event cause I could wear my Mash-Up dress to support Mash-Up who were there for the event. And I finally got to meet Natalie Thery who shot their campaign. She's so hot man. Hmm, you'd see her later on when they develop the La Sardina film!
Actually we ordered guo tie too but I was too hungry to get a shot of it. And sorry if I just made you hungry :P The food was good though the portions were really tiny for the prices! Nevertheless, good food!
Anyway, it was always good to meet friends again :) Here's Joelle.

And one by the Mash-Up kids!
Anyway, there was some silkscreen printing going on by Steve Lawler, aka Mojoko. He does/used to do part time teaching at Laselle on printmaking so I approached him and asked him for some advice on application for school next year! God ordained, indeed :)
Anyway, if you're wondering about my dress, it's from Mash-Up. You can buy it online or head down to Parco Next Next to get it :) it's 10% off there now I think!
And by the way, yesterday was the first time I ever did a cat-eye with gel eyeliner. Didn't think it'd be so easy, especially with the Maybelline Gel eyeliner! Not very sure if I did a good one though, haha!

Okay, that's enough of blogging today! Got to go to school work now, xx.
Hey Dawn, I was fooled into thinking you were a pro with the gel eyeliner ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming down to support us and you look great in the dress.
Hope to see you more in the future and I enjoyed getting hungry looking at your food photos hehe
