Audi Fashion Festival Tips

Hi guys! I just finished planning what to wear for the whole week. Before I head to bed, I wanted to just give you some tips or do a mini 'style survival guide' to Audi Fashion Festival 2013.

1. It will get really hot, especially if you're heading to the early shows that begin around 630pm. Singapore is humid so don't overdress. The tent is well air-conditioned but the walk from the car park to the tent could just kill you.

2. That being said, wear waterproof makeup! Some handy ones I have are the Maybelline gel liner and waterproof eyeliners.

3. If you're coming for Blueprint and will be staying for more shows, bring your makeup kit to touch up and some oil blotters. 

4. If you're driving, hurray for you because the walk from the car park is about 3 minutes long and it's on flat ground. But if you're taking public transport, I'd advise you to bring flats and change into heels later on because it can be quite a walk from the MRT station or bus stop.

5. We'd be having our street style photographer (John Tan from streetpeek) on site before the sun sets so if you can go early, please do! And dress up for John ;D

6. Expect to wait for shows to start. We are fashionably late ;D From my experience, the wait can be about 30-45 minutes long.

7. If you're going for a show by a local designer, go early because they may give your seat away if the show is too packed!

8. Head to the bathroom before you head to the tent. They have mobile toilets but... I haven't used them yet and am having some thoughts about it.

9. Have fun! This is the only week in Singapore's calendar when the fashionable people come out to play and dress up to their best so be wild and daring ;)
