Always bet on New York

If you've been scrolling through my instagram and have been wondering what happened yesterday, well, I attended the Lomography Belair launch and won best dressed!

I was really blessed to have won because I wasn't out to win. We were supposed to dress up to take a shot with the Belair dressed up like we're in a certain country. Well, since i just bought my baseball jacket and had a NY New Era cap from Hip Hop class, why not try New York right?

The Belair X 6-12 Jetsetter was so beautiful and light. The metal and leather finishing gave it a vintage look and the bellow (I call it the zig-zag part) makes it stand out from its plastic friends.

I don't own a Belair but the professional photographer of the night, Brian Ho, told me that the photographs are sharper because of its 6-12 format.

The Belair x 6-12 can be bought at Lomography Singapore or online here for a special price of SGD423.30.

Anyway, thanks to Lomography, I now have the WHOLE Diana family :)))) If you have a Diana F+, get a polaroid instant back. It's amazing, I promise you. The Diana Mini in the centre is perfect for regular 35mm film so you can develop it anywhere. I found it really convenient to throw in any bag but now that I have the Diana Baby, oh baby baby, it can disappear into any bag! It takes 110 film though but you can add your flash onto it :) oh, how cute it'd be with the flash!

Outfit details: New Era New York cap, Topman baseball jacket, boyfriend's Urban Outfitters Boston Celtics tee, Zara printed pants, Steve Madden clutch and Zara studded heels

Anyway, I caught Gangster Squad before the event and it was a great movie! Yes, there are many reasons for its greatness- one being the action (apparently enough for a girl and insufficient for a boy), Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. It had funny moments and I loved the period it was set in. Feels like you're eating at Billy Bombers everyday.

Photographs by John from Street Peek. Show some love and 'Like' his page here if you love his photos :) I do!

Happy weekend to you! I'll resume my posts on Israel tomorrow :)
